A friendly adult community. This park caters mostly to adult snowbirds. There are a few tenants who live there year-round, there are also tenants who leave their trailers there all year, and then come for the winter. Crossroads is located about 10 miles from the nearest towns. Needles California, Bullhead City Arizona and Oatman Arizona. The Colorado River runs through the desert so every time you cross, you are in a different state. California, Nevada and Arizona. I stayed for three months from November through March. The weather was not perfect, it was very windy and I spent a lot of time indoors. The owner is an absentee landlord, apparently he does not pay very well, and a lot of work is done by the tenants. The manager Wendy is great, very friendly and helpful. There is a large area in the desert for the dogs to run. A fenced in dog park was promised, but never materialized. The tenants organize a lot of activities for the whole park ;coffee and donuts, Sunday ice cream, potlucks and more. A lot of the couple's have side-by-sides, and go off into the desert on a regular basis. My stay here was made pleasant because of the other tenants, but my biggest problem was not having an extra vehicle Nothing is available on site, neither food, nor RV supplies. The photos include London Bridge at Lake Havasu, and Oatman whose claim to fame is the wild Burros. 
Holidaying at Crossroads R.V. park Crossroads R.V. park has become our home away from home. New management/ownership has worked tirelessly and efficiently to bring about changes resulting in only positive feedback from residents. New improvements include a new and improved clubroom with pool table, a large screen projection T.V. and of course a wonderful get together spot. Staff coordinated events which were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Cement pads, lighting and roads were all upgraded which along with the planting of numerous trees creates a pleasant, clean environment. Due to being away from heavy traffic and agricultural area, dust was not a problem. Good shopping as well as golfing and quading are easily accessible. Want a quiet, friendly getaway? Join us at Crossroads R.V. park. 
Good clean park. Senior park with excellent weekly rates, the park is clean and quiet. My only frustration was internet. It acted like there were too many users for the available bandwidth. Early mornings were best. We would stay again if it worked into our schedule.
